Fees & revenue

- Student accounts and class fee reports
- Bank bills (تعرفه) with PDF
- Discounts with an approval workflow
Mehrin handles fees, results, attendance, timetables, payroll, expenses and the student portal in one system. Every computer and phone keeps its own copy of the data and syncs when a connection comes back.
Connections drop, offices share one printer, and the Ministry wants reports in its own formats. Mehrin was designed around those facts instead of assuming fast, constant internet.
Staff record fees, marks and attendance with no connection at all. Changes wait in an outbox and upload by themselves when the network returns.
Finance, academics, student affairs, HR and the chancellor's office use the same data. No more retyping a student's record in three spreadsheets.
Results sheets in ministry, unified and board formats, chance lists, barred and failed lists, and semester statistics come straight out of the data.
Each office sees the part of the system it is responsible for. These are the areas a university gets on day one.

Marks entry through to official sheets and transcripts.
Know whether next semester will cover its costs before it starts.
Staff records, positions, attendance and monthly salaries.
Timetables, classes and an online teaching platform for lecturers.
The student's record from admission onward, kept in one place.
Devices talk to a server on the campus network first and fall back to the cloud. The campus server and the cloud keep each other up to date. Try it: cut the internet and record a payment.
A payment, mark or attendance entry is written to the device's own database the moment it is entered. No spinner, no waiting.
The app tries the campus server on the local network, then the cloud. Offices keep working with each other even when the outside line is down.
The campus server and the cloud exchange changes, including files, photos and attendance logs. For attendance, the earliest check-in and the latest check-out win.
A person's access comes from their position and section. The server enforces it, so a hidden column such as a salary never reaches a device that should not see it.
Chancellor's office, admin & finance, academic affairs and student affairs. Every table belongs to one module inside one area.
Level 1 sees the whole university but changes nothing, so every figure keeps a clear owner.
Lecturers and academic managers get results, timetables and attendance. Fees and salaries stay with finance.
An administrator can grant one person extra access on a single page, without changing the rules for everyone in that position.
The full system, with menus filtered to each person's job. Works on the office desktop and on the web.
Each phone holds only that student's data, so it works offline without exposing anyone else's record.
Each university gets its own database, its own name and logo on the sign-in pages, and its own set of lists. Data from one university never mixes with another's.
We run the server on mehrin.org with HTTPS. Your staff and students sign in from anywhere.

signed releases · auto rollbackTaj University moved from its earlier PHP system to the new Mehrin. Every section of the old menu was rebuilt, checked against the old reports, and extended with expenses, forecasting and the student app.
